This Honduras recipe is sweet and nutty with a buttery mouthfeel. We got notes of pecan, hazelnut and dark chocolate. The coffee has a little bit more bitterness, but fades away. It has a medium to high body, medium to high sweetness and low to medium acidity.

The coffee works well with milk, making a cappuccino or other drinks are recommended. As a cappuccino, it is balanced and tasting like biscuit, dark chocolate and that goes well with the natural creaminess of the milk drink. As cortado or flat white, it is a little bit heavier and tastes a little bit more nutty.
